Website terms and engagement boundaries.
These terms govern use of the public Remote Ops website. Project work is governed by a separate written agreement.
Website purpose
The website provides general information about Remote Ops services and a way to request an initial technical discussion. Website content is not a binding offer, statement of work or service-level commitment.
No automatic engagement
Submitting a form, sending an email or holding an introductory call does not create a client relationship. An engagement begins only when scope, commercial terms, responsibilities and any confidentiality requirements are agreed in writing.
Technical information
Public content is general and cannot account for every environment, risk profile or regulatory requirement. It should not be treated as a substitute for assessment of your specific infrastructure.
Availability and incident response
The public website is not a guaranteed emergency or 24/7 incident-response channel. Availability, support windows, response expectations and escalation procedures must be defined in the applicable engagement agreement.
Confidential information
Do not submit credentials, secrets or sensitive production data through the public form. Where detailed confidential information is required, an NDA and an appropriate secure exchange method can be established first.
Intellectual property
The Remote Ops name, website design, text and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. They may not be copied, republished or used to imply endorsement without permission.
External services
The website may depend on third-party infrastructure and may link to external services. Remote Ops is not responsible for third-party content, availability or privacy practices.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided without warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, completeness or suitability for a particular infrastructure decision. Contractual warranties, liability and remedies for paid services are defined separately.
Changes
These website terms may be updated as the service and operating model evolve. The current version and update date will remain published here.
